- I love to read, especially Fantasy (everything from Eddings, Brooks, Jordan, Salvatore etc etc etc), travelogues, chick lit, biographies, well... just about anything that strikes my fancy. Movies, I like. From the old classics to the latest. To chill and relax, mindless fun after a grueling day, I watch a Korean and Taiwanese dramas, the funny ones. I like to watch, observe life around me – people, animals, anything and everything. Been doing this since I was a kid. That's why I started this blog. Somewhere to put down my observations, my thoughts. Why an onion? A bulb, with layers and layers that as you peel it, makes you cry and laugh at the same time. To me, that's how life is – experiences that make you smile and laugh till your tummy hurts; times that you cry as you feel your world crumbling around you (or so you think!); moments that make you ponder and wonder... and the “what ifs” ... I hate those the most cos it makes my head go plum crazy! People are just like onions – to understand what makes them tick, you have to take on one layer at a time. This is me. A mere mortal, with views from the outside, looking in.
